About chef Monché Muller and the inspiration behind the book:
Monché Muller, Executive Chef of the international Oddo Vins et Domaines wine label, shares some of her favourite recipes from small villages in the South of France and coastal wine country on the island of Sicily to her signature restaurant dishes in the winelands of South Africa. Harvest Table grew from a casual conversation over good food and wine into a passion project showcasing the story behind ingredients, family recipes, communities, local producers and the people that make it all happen. The recipe compilation ranges from easy-going to inventive dishes, paying homage to the traditional whilst adding a twist to some authentic favourites.
