ABOUT THE AUTHORS
A leading South African paediatric dietician, KATH MEGAW has been solving children’s eating problems for over 26 years. She is the co-author of Weaning Sense and Feeding Sense, Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes and Real Food, Healthy, Happy Children. Kath’s co-author DR JENNY ROSE is a clinical psychologist specialising in work with children and teens. She has presented at numerous conferences, and has published several books and journal articles. Jenny has established herself as a leading expert in the field of child psychology in South Africa, and regularly speaks at events, schools and on podcasts. Recipes have been compiled by Kath together with highly respected cooks PHILLIPPA CHEIFITZ and JANE-ANNE HOBBS.
